Peter Llewellyn LLM, MAICD – Joint Managing Director
Peter co-founded the Company and is Executive Chairman.
Peter has over 30 years experience as a Commercial lawyer and has acted
as a principal since 1978. Peter is Joint Managing Director of the Company and maintains
a substantial shareholding.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
He is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Roderick James MAICD – Joint Managing Director
Rod co-founded the Company and has over 30 years of experience in the motor vehicle
industry, commencing as a licensed dealer in South Australia. Rod previously established
a successful motor vehicle dealership and finance business offering specialist innovative
alternative finance products. Rod is Joint Managing Director of the Company and
maintains a substantial shareholding.
He is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
 Ronald Tong Dip.Ed, B.Bus, MBA and MAICD – Non-Executive
Director
Ron was appointed a Director of the company in March 2006. Ron is Managing Director
of TongSing Pty Ltd a major transport and horticulture export company with extensive
Queensland interests. He has held numerous positions on regional, state and federal
committees and is currently a Director of the Regional Council of Queensland Chamber
of Commerce and Industry, and a Board member of the Air Freight Council of Queensland
and Advance Cairns.
Ron holds a Diploma of Teaching from Griffith University, Bachelor of Business from
University of Southern Queensland and a MBA from Heriot-Watt University.
He is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
